1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, including purchasing tickets, you must register for an account ("Player Account"). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact information.

3.2 One Account Rule

You are permitted to open only one Player Account. If we suspect that you are operating multiple accounts (e.g., to abuse bonuses or bypass limits), we reserve the right to suspend or close all associated accounts and void any winnings.

3.3 Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password). You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. MapleWin Portal is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.

4. Purchases, Deposits & Refunds

All transactions on MapleWin Portal are conducted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). By purchasing a lottery ticket or entry:

• You authorize us to deduct the specified amount from your deposited funds or charged payment method.
• You acknowledge that all sales are final. Once a draw has closed, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• You confirm that the funds used for play are legally yours and not derived from any criminal activity.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager or purchase for any reason at our sole discretion.

5. Winnings & Prize Claims

5.1 Validation

All winning tickets are subject to validation by MapleWin Portal and the applicable provincial lottery corporation regulations. A visual confirmation of a "win" on your screen is not an official confirmation. The official game results recorded on our central servers shall be the final authority.

5.2 Prize Payment

Prizes will be paid as follows:

• Minor Prizes (Under $1,000): Credited directly to your Player Account balance.
• Major Prizes (Over $1,000): Subject to additional identity verification checks. You may be required to present government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Jackpots: Major jackpot winnings must be claimed in person at a designated prize center.

6. Prohibited User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to mask your physical location.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to extract data or automate gameplay.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the Website or its random number generators (RNG).
• Engaging in collusion with other players or employees.

7. Limitation of Liability

MapleWin Portal provides the Website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

We shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures, server interruptions, or internet connectivity issues that prevent you from placing a wager.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
